Last year while diving off Palos Verdes, we came across the carcass of a very large Black Sea bass that was lying on the borrom beautifully fileted. I am sure that the lucky fisherman knew it was illegal, otherwise why would they have discarded the body. The face on it looked very sad! I would loved to have seen it alive.
