I had gone to the Aquarium of the Pacific when it first opened and was not too impressed but I don't remember why. Bu this last visit I was impressed. I don't know if they added exhibit or what. I haven't been to Monterey for many years but I do remember really liking it. One thing I like about AoP is that they have different areas simulating different parts of the world.
