It was very civil and polite conversation. Celeste Tanguay did her best to say almost nothing it quite a few words, a trait common to lawyers. I thanked her for her time when we were done talking.
Captian Ray is the one who’s going to be screwed by this incident because he trusted the DM. I was curious as to what PADI was going to do about the DM and if they had any policy about such things at all. I figured that PADI must have some sort of oversight function since they happily collect annual fees from DMs and instructors, but it seems they don’t.
Yes, it did feel good to satisfy my curiosity. Now how is that "jacking up PADI?"
