First time diver in LA area

Planning on visiting LA from July 2 - 5, 2004. I am from Seattle and dove here and in Thailand. Have had 9 dives and am certified for advanced dives. I love it but am still new to it all. Would like to dive about one or two days while I am there. Where should I go? Would like to find a divemaster or instructor who would guide me through diving in the area. And...also need to do more work on my mask removal and such. Have any ideas, suggestions, or recommendations?
