If you rent from the Casino Point outfit and do three dives it will cost $20 total. The Express will let you bring tanks but I suggest renting anyway if the Pt is busy. The reason is because there could be a long line for fills (over 45 min for me once). If you rent a tank, after your dives all you have to do is swap your empty tank for a full one...no waiting in line.
