I saw a guy get shocked at Farnsworth Bank many years ago. He to swam toward the ray to touch it. The ray discharged as he got close.
Last March I took some pictures of one and Elaine at San Nicolas island. I'm sttill not quite sure why we didn't get zapped. A big one can put a KiloWatt of power into their zaps if they want.
