Shame on you - what a shame that you are helping in spoiling a great reputation by spreading rumors. You ADMIT that what you are reporting is a rumor - and a false one at that. Do you have nothing better to do? And what is being accused here is the Captain's safety measures, which have ALWAYS been above reproach. The Captain has actually saved MANY private divers who were not on his boat and found themselves in trouble, and offered your wife a fill because he is an EXTREMELY generous person, and always has been. If you want to ask other captains anything, ask them that - I guarantee you he has helped probably every one of them at one time or another. Shame on you.
