Not to say that greg did this but Rich I have seen other commercial boats do the same thing. I have called the coast guard and made reports. Nothing was ever done to these captains. But I do know that a captain with a file of carelessness and so forth, if something does ever happen more critical than what has happened to us then our reports do come into play. So file that report send in your videos and pictures. With your supported videos maybe that will have a more direct effect on this boat captain. And by the way rumor has it this captain in his under bidding efforts has pissed off the other captains. Call them to get some well respected statements.
