Rich,
The sad part about this is Greg said he was sorry to whomever was on your boat, and offered to fill your tanks for free. He knew he was wrong and tryed to make amends. You sir on the other hand have tried to go war over this. Nothing happened, you were not in danger knor was your friend. Not sure why Greg picker this spot. Perhaps it was the only safe place he could put his passengers. Remember, he is trying to make a living doing this, while you are hopefully just out for the day enjoying yourself. Sometimes currents change, or the wind does and you have no choice as to where you end up. Still I do not under stand, no one was hurt, no one had to abort their dive, so what is the problem?
Almost forgot I wish there was a law about how close a boat can be. The CG would be very busy ticketing private boats. 99% of the time, they are the ones that violate this rule.
