I appreciate your indignance here but in this case cannot agree with your outrage. There are lots of seals in the area so a healthy shark should not suffer too much by missing a decoy. They only bat around .500 so missing a prey item is not unusual. A "photo op" in this case may do something positive by enlightening the public enough to perhaps see them as more noble than just the man eating monsters of the deep they are perceived to be. The pics themselves are captivating to me. I like very much that you're on their side though.
