I'm somewhat surprised that, in your warped perspective, you haven't found the eco-correct angle on the this issue and become completely enraged by the taunting of these innocent and endangered great wonders of the sea.
Dragging a faux pinneped behind a boat to trick one of these innocent creature to expend it's valuable life-energy to burst out of the water for a photo-op is outrageous! Something MUST be done to stop reprehensible practice!!! Right?
