When I enlarged the picture in photoshop, I clearly saw a dolphin like snout. I'm not saying the girl did not see a shark surfing, but I'm pretty sure the posted photo is of a dolphin.
If anyone wants to post the enlarged shot I have, i'll gladly email it to you.
