Thank you capt for calling this guy out.... I was thinking of doing the same after he hasn't responded to "I Will respond"!!! Oh and if the CG does read this please make a real legal limit to how close you can come to a dive flag!!! You won't have to respond to every call, but a real law on the books would go a long way to stop people from endangering the lives of people in the water....
