I've had dives where the computer will put me with a five minute 10 foot ceiling when I do a hang around 60 feet. Then as I continue a slow assent, buy the time I'm up to 20 feet I'll have a 20 minute 10 foot ceiling = cold, booring, cold, booring, am I sure that I have enough air, cold, booring. The secret on my computer I'm guessing is to stay at least 2 minutes away from deco. It is partly because of those past experiences that I did what I did - diving is suppoosed to be fun, not cold, booring, am I sure that my air is going to last, better relax so the air will last, cold, booring. Maybe they need to change that computer so it doesn't "reward" you for cutting corners on the way up.
