It is comfy and well made but the shape of the bag and pleats seemed to trap air and I found myself surfacing slowly at times. Also the integrated weight pouches are bulky and the unit seems to have been tailored for a short waisted person. The other downside to this BC is that it has a number of tension straps to keep the bladder compact which weaken in time. I cannot remember if the Knighthawk forces your head face down on the surface but with my Halcyon BP my head stays upright without any corrective finning. I'd suggest renting a Halcyon from Reef Seekers if you're local before buying something. I also have a Scubapro G250 reg which has been reliable and easy breathing for 6 years... I love it.
