Keep it simple is truly a PADI thing. How about paying a little more and getting some quality training and learn something beside here stick this in your mouth and breath...
I'd look up Mike Kane, Marc Hall, Woody Morrison, John Walker. None of which is cheap, but they will teach you how to dive and you will be a diver when your done and not just another card holder...
