1st of all, i apologize for perhaps coming across as a b***h about this, but it has been bugging the hell out of me for a long time now, and i really would feel better if i posted this message. = : )
2nd of all, i do not mean to insult anyone in anyway; i do not mean to come across as a "know-it-all", i just really feel the need to correct the use of language when it comes to the erroneous use of the past tense of "dive".

the following is correct usage:
"i dived the yukon wreck today."
"i dove the yukon wreck today."
"i have dived the yukon wreck before." <----[[past participle]]
the following is incorrect:
"i have dove the yukon wreck before."
you can confirm this at the following websites (though i have to admit my 'oxford american dictionary' seems to be in disagreement, but i'm not sure if it's simply an oversight on their part or...?...):
