Several articles I've seen seem to indicate that the dredge spoil will be pumped on to the beach, not into the surf zone.
Does anyone know for sure?
Speculation on the effects of "black smelly" dredge material going on the beach as opposed to the long shore current south of the pier?
Speculation as to the hue and cry that will come from those who walk, cruise, bike & skate the Esplanade, not to mention the business owners adjacent to and down-wind from this project?
