best snorkel spots:
la jolla cove
la jolla shores, marine room, in the summer (leopard sharks and guitarfish)
shaw's cove, diver's cove laguna beach
marineland, Palos verdes
malaga cove, PV (when its calm)
malibu road, malibu (when is calm)
leo carillo, malibu (when its very calm)
note - the last 3 are good snorkels through kelp
