The Constitutional does not forbid all searhes. The key words are "unreasonable searches and seizures." Engaging in the taking of game is a privilege, not a right. It is not "unreasonable" for F&G to search for evidence to verify that you are exercising that privilege under the law. If you refuse to cooperate, you can be detained, a warrant can be sought and it will be granted if it is evident that you have been engaged in the taking of game.
