I believe it happened, I saw it on CDNN, had alot of info, names, location, etc.

There were NO grates, and NO warning signs. The power company that owned the pipe said, "It's a diver's responsibility to be aware of their surroundings and to dive safely." Which I agree with...to an extent. But without warning signs...and grates....that seems pretty unreasonble.

Look on CDNN, you'll find the story all over it. Happened in Lake Michigan, and she obviously kept her wits and didn't panic and kept her reg in her mouth because she lived through it with no injuries.
