Hi all,

Well I did my first drysuit dives today. Not bad. Had a little flooding on the last dive due to operator error (didn't zip down that last notch in the zipper), but other than that, it went rather well.

Now that I'm done for the day and am about to clean my gear, I could use some tips on how to clean the suit and undergarmets. I have a Diving Concepts trilaminate suit with a thinsulate undergarment. Both are soaking wet due to the flooding. I've heard it's kosher to wash the undergarments in the washing machine as long as you refrain from using detergent, which will undermine the insulating properties of the undergarment. Is it safe to assume I should NOT put them in the dryer, but just let them hang to dry?

As for the drysuit itself, I thought I'd just rinse it in fresh water inside and out, then hang it upside down to dry. Any tips or other information would be greatly appreciated.
