Thanks for the info Chuck, I appreciate it. I use a little mom and pop place up the street. They process my film in the back of a convienience store. (I can pick up and drop off until midnight and the film never leaves the store). Everything else is a 25 minute drive each way, with 10am - 5pm hours. They usually do a decent job, this is the first major batch screw up in over a year. I'm guessing that either the temperature was off, or, the chemicals were old. I'd do my own except for the time, and chemical disposal issue. I like the results I have gotten better than any lab (and I'm inexperienced and just have used those little black containers).

I never have a problem with the mounting issue - they hate mounting my slides for me.
