The PADI thugs will probably appeal again, even though they have lost at every stage. Their whole goal was to not only intimidate Eddie and Diverlink, but to intimidate anyone else who might speak the truth about their inadequate training standards and methods. To this end continuing the case and running up the oppositions legal bill is in their interest.
There whole purpose for the suit was intimidation.
