An example of how our laws are failing us |

People who have purchased a tag to fish can go out and kill horn sharks, bat rays, angel sharks, butterflyfish, etc. and there is no protection for unnamed, not usually taken as game fish. Non consumptive individuals don't benefit as much as they could from the F&G laws. If F&G wants more money, then they should pass laws that do protect these things for us. Then they can say they are actually doing something for the non consumptive user and rightfully charge a fee for it. At this point in time, they are doing a great disservice for the non consumptive.
