What concrete evidence do you have of this (from the meeting). I'm not at all disputing it. I've seen injuries to the fish at I.G. that are consistent with the use of heavy tackle, suggesting that some surface fishers are targeting the BSB. I've also heard others talk about radio chat suggesting the same.

I would love to gather any evidence of this for an educational film I'm putting together on the BSB of Catalina.
