Why do you have such an aversion to taking personal responsibility for the current state of affairs? Don't expect "laws" do live your life for you - or "law enforcement personnel" to secure your way of life. It's up to all of us to SHAME the poachers and not just go off willy nilly complaning to the nanny state employees when things aren't going our way.
