1) I never knew why but more experienced divers always have multiple game bags in the storage well. Well I guess it's to store 7 lobsters each. That way you can deny the other bag is yours on a multiday trip and still catch double your limit on the first day.

2) There's no proof a bag is yours. If you didn't know you had 9 lobsters, you're an idiot. If you did and admit it was yours, you're even a bigger idiot. Unless it had your name on it or tied to your gear, just say you didn't catch anything at all that day.

Maybe they'd take all your lobsters but you could avoid a $1000 fine + a misdemeanor on your record!


This leads to another question, if the game warden can't figure out how the bag belongs to, who does he blame? The captain? It's innocent until proven guilty. If they can't figure out beyond a reasonable doubt who's lobsters they are, no tickets can be given out...
