Imagine that? a poorly worded statute :^ "every lobster" "any lobster" And the statute is internally inconsistent, since yes, holding it is in your possession, but you may bring it to the surface for measurement. How do you do both? I think we need some of those black helicopter conspiracy type folk on this. Or people can just use a gauge, measure and only keep legals. It ain't that hard
