A buddy took me to La Jennella for a last hoorah! for catching some bugs. It was a nice dive. Pretty easy entry, absolutely flat water with no surge at all. Dive was 45 minutes with a bottom of 47 feet in 54*F water. I saw something but I dont know what it was. I'm cruising around and I see what looks like a little pile of gunpowder. I decend to get a better look and it looks like a little kid made a volcano, cone of grey stuff and then stuck his finger in the top. As Im looking at it, I could have sworn I saw it bubbling, so I signalled for my buddy to come take a look. I motioned that it was bubbeling but he never saw it. After this I saw several of these little piles all over the place. What are they?

Question 2, is it pronounced La Janel, or La Haneya?
