In this month's Undercurrent there is a brief article that drives home a good point on why an instructor / divemaster should dive with a belt (or have one available on deck), rather than with a weight integrated integraed BC. Equally applies to anyone who would assist with a rescue or who would ever need to take off their WI-BC underwater. Bottom-line, the belt is needed for a quick descent if wearing an exposure suit.
