If you don't believe me, why not go to Reef Seekers or Sport Chalet and try to fill a tank without a C-card?

How is it you've NEVER been asked for a C-card on boats or air-fills?

Anyways, you certainly must concede that for the vast majority of divers, C-cards are required to do all sorts of things.

And another way self-regulation is done is with liability waivers whenever you rent gear or go on most commercial dive boats.

But I'm sure you're the Jesus Christ of diving and somehow have attained some exceptional status, surpassing us mere mortals.
