Ken, I think you are saying the same thing as Michael and you aren't being any more upfront about it than Michael.
You give all these reasons and training and etc. I just want you (or Michael) to come out and say that that the rec divers
in the Sea Divers are not qualified to dive the Moody or Osborne. No fooling around, just say what your arguement means
in terms of diving.
No this isn't warm water or Florida where there are enough deep spots to be worth getting tech gear and protocols AND use them
regularly at the very high cost. On the West Coast you have to really work to find the few really technical dives. They are
such a tiny percentage of spots that there is no practical purpose to local technical diving. So whatever you say, what you really mean is that sport divers cannot do those spots.
Any disagreement?
