First the oil companies offered to leave the cleaned-up rigs after decommissioning (and pay California hundreds of millions of dollars), but 'Noooo' said the envrionmentalists...

Now we see yet another "ship to reef" sunk off Florida (and a great tourist draw) and California is once again messing up a great opportunity. Should have 5 more Yukons off our coasts.

Great article - too bad our State legislators don't have any vision.
