No, but you ARE the owner of the list. You set the rules, you ste the tone, you are the ultimate decider. (Not to make you sound too Bush-like.) When one of my employees screws up or does something that might be viewed as questionable, I DO take time to investigate and find out what happened and why. Sometimes, it's the customer who's in the wrong. Sometimes it's the employee. But to simply say, "I'm too busy" sounds like a way of saying "F.Y." without violating your TOS. There's no doubt my post (along with Elaine's comment and maybe one or two others) got deleted. There's only a few of you with moderator/deletion privleges so this shouldn't be too tough to track down. My questions are simple: 1. Who did deleting? I don't really care all that much except I thought (here's my ego showing) that I summarized my toughts and popsition rather well and I was sorry to see it disappear. Just curious. - Ken
