Not so great. I was there a bit ago and there are only two boeys left at bow and stern where there once was 5. My impression was that boaters zipping by had simply run them over without knowing. At the same time, I don't think anyone is maintaining them. The intermediate ascent lines that used to be there are all gone.
As for Farnsworth, I think that if a couple moorings were there it would help, no matter who was tying up to them for diving. I'm not sure about if the fishermen were using them.
