That's right!
It is his board and as far as I see it he has put up with a hell of a lot of abuse from many who have tried to hijack this forum to further their agendas. If Chris wants to further his own agenda (and I don't know what agenda people are talking about frankly except for providing a discussion board) he can do so because it's HIS BOARD!!!
Free means there is no charge to use it and open means anybody can post as long as they follow the rules, and guess what, Chris makes the rules. If you don't like it go somewhere else.
