Why would you want to make trim adjustments by increasing the load on your legs with ankle weights? Wouldn't your kick propulsion efficiency suffer as an adverse effect? Perhaps as a consequence, working harder finning against a current at depth or on the surface? It seems to me to make more sense to add trim weights closer to the Body's Center of Mass/Gravity/Buoyancy Tipping Point. . .
