Go and look for the original movie, it's pre-Disney. It is a silent movie made in (I believe) 1906 and features some of the first underwater movie scenes even shot. It also has some scuba gear appropriate to the time. A very interesting film to see.

I rented it at an independent DVD place near here that has since closed down, but you should be able to find it at some place that has a decent collection (not Blockbuster or Hollywood Video - those place suck for variety).
