My wife's DiveRite Duo gave up the ghost a month ago and though we were out of warranty (had it 3 years), they replaced it promptly at no cost and with no hassle. (We since heard that there was a problem with the soldering from Seiko.)
We were impressed with DiveRite's gear, but are super impressed with their customer orientation. So, guess what brand of computer or piece of gear we'd lean toward in the future?
