A shark that big most likely has lots of Jr's swimming about. I wonder how much of your hate you have for this harvested shark, is really about the jean pool of this specific species. I don't think this will be the end of the species. Nor is it the last awesome specimen. Commercial fishing has been a lot more destructive to the fishes. how dare we eat them!!!!

give a man a fish and he eats for the night. teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime. Lighten up!!!

its a new record for christ sake. good for him I say!!! maybe a biologist got it too study. or it made food for the elderly. who knows? sport fishing is not a crime. nor does the game go to waist.

Im wise to release breeding stock. think this ones has had plenty of offspring..
