F&G is also "investigating" - I hope that means something. If there are no penalties for leaving gill nets like this - well, no wonder it ended up there in the first place.

If the owner was a Sea Diver (for instance) with one short lobster - he would have had the book thrown at him. Uh, what is wrong with this picture?
