To balance the state deficit, er, "budget", heard they will impose a fee on each underwater picture! You must state your depth (of focus) and location (of frame) and if the photo came out sharp or was fuzzy. If you didn't get a shot you still must report zero.

We elected those bozos who run this state. Reason I never vote for an incumbant.
