It is sounding like some discomfort with the lobster card issue stems from a lack of trust - for lack of a better description - in the system (not including some disgruntlement over increased out of pocket expenses).

One of the things that I noticed about the F&G Commission was a lack of scientific representation. If it is there, it wasn't clearly printed on the name plates in front of the commissioners. I would like to see at least two leaders from the scientific community on the Commission. I don't have a lot of faith in politicians and a strong scientific face would increase my trust in the system.
