My son and I dove the star of scotland wreck yesterday for the first time, (thanks for the #'s Frank O.!) Vis on the surface was pretty good, (for SM bay) there was a lot of suspended chunks mid-water column. The thermocline was right at the top of the structure and vis opened up to 15' or so with some clearer areas with maybe 30' of vis. Nice dive, lot's of fish, we saw the 2 BSB's that we have heard live there. One of them really startled my son, he was concetrating on some detail of the wreck and looked to his side and the big BSB was scutinizing the same thing!! Can't wait to go back!
