Topless Beach? I thought it already was? ...I rarely wear a shirt there, and I have film of Phil topless there too :~) The ADA "graded" path refers to the slope angle, it's composed of pervios DG (granite sand) not really "paved" asphalt, provides traction, it's flat, smooth, compacted and good for the environment. There are over 2 miles of DG paths onsite, including the one out to the Point.
