IMHO, good insect repellent = as high percentage of Deet as you can find. I used 25%, it did keep the mosquitoes off me, but the noseeums were not deterred one iota.

Have some benadryl or hydrocotisone handy to treat any bites that do occur, the effects of the noseeum bites last forever.
