Recently a team of San Diego divers went about filming the annual squid run that happens off the Southern California coast. This webpage, www.sunray-productions.com/squid.html, presents five short videos and a write-up about this remarkable event. The videos feature squid congregating under the massing squid fishing fleet, the squid mating and laying their eggs in the head of La Jolla Canyon, documents a huge egg bed found outside of La Jolla Reserve and includes footage shot by a ROV 330ft down in the canyon!
