Ditto what Walt said. 50-50 is what DAN recommends (if it's too strong you can dilute to thirds, with bottled water making up the other third). I've been using it for 3 years, ever since a rash of ear infections made me lose 3 months of diving (total) over the course of a year. The only infection I've had since was one time I didn't use the mix when I knew I should have.

5 minutes per ear is key. Annoying, perhaps, but the reasons are quite clear in the DAN article Walt linked.
