Not kidding at all. Under your premise then the boats should be making a donation, whether or not they actually go out. Why would it matter if there were actual divers? The boats only go out because divers decide to go on them. By diving oin that particular day, divers are showing their support of the chamber. Do I need more T-shirts, or to bid on some of the auction items? Probably not, but I do, and so do hundreds of other divers.

And $120 bucks for 2 dives is not cheaper than a regular dive day.
